1. Our Commitment

CashChatApp strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form, on any part of the platform, by any user. This applies to every feature of CashChatApp, including one-to-one and group messaging, voice/video calls, Flicks short videos, status updates, AI chat and AI voice assistants, profiles, adverts, and virtual gifts.

We do not permit CashChatApp to be used to create, upload, share, request, or link to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or to groom, sexualize, exploit, endanger, or otherwise cause harm to a minor. There are no exceptions to this policy, including for content described as fictional, artistic, or "just a joke."

2. What Is Prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on CashChatApp, and result in immediate content removal and account action:

3. Age Requirements

CashChatApp is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children. Users must meet the minimum age required by the laws of their country to create an account and use the Services (see our Terms & Conditions, "Children's Privacy").

If we become aware that an account belongs to a child under the applicable minimum age, or that a user has used the platform to target or endanger a child, we may suspend or permanently close the account and remove the associated content.

4. Prevention, Detection & Enforcement

CashChatApp maintains active measures to prevent, detect, and act on CSAE:

Legal Cooperation: Where required by applicable law, CashChatApp reports confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local authority, and cooperates with law enforcement investigations into CSAE.

5. How Users Can Report a Concern

Any user can report a Child Safety concern about content or an account on CashChatApp at any time:

Immediate danger: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first, then report to us so we can act on the account.

6. Updates to This Standard

We may update this Child Safety Standard as our features, legal obligations, or industry best practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
